Regsvr32 Error (Microsoft Register Server) is generally Microsoft Windows Operating System’s command line utility that is used in registering and unregistering OLE controls in the Windows Registry like the digital link library files and ActiveX controls. This command shows up as Regsvr32.exe file and is installed in %systemroot%\System32 folder. This command loads the library and tries to evoke the DllRegister Server and DIIUnregister Server; it helps in registering COM based digital link library files to run different programs in your computer.

After it is opened, if you see that the 32 bit dll is located in the following path: %systemroot%\System32 folder, move it to %systemroot%\SysWoW64 folder. After you change its paths, run this command: %systemroot%\SysWoW64\regsvr32 <full path of the DLL>
